My mind is a Chalkboard

Where it's impossible to erase my thoughts.

Of the he "voice" (not quite literal, thankfully) in my mind which takes a constant effort to ignore and beat down every second of every day. Some days it's quiet, other days it overpowers my real thoughts. It's a constant fight. It hurts, even though I know it's not true at all.

So if you wonder why I'm tired of all the time? You would be too if you had someone shouting stuff like this to you all the time. Even if that person is yourself.
